Adam admits he was a little nervous, he says the worst was having to wait for his turn to dance!!

Adam talks to Jillian about “her journey” that brought her into the fitness world. Jillian admits she used to be a “fatty”. Jillian says getting involved in the martial arts is what turned her life around!
