6:01 AM – HOW SAY YOU?
Giovanni the unhappy Hawaiian calls into the studio. Giovanni is miserable on the big island which he says is “beautiful yet extremely dangerous!” The street crime in Hawaii is unbelievable, much rougher than people realize. Giovanni works for the airlines in Hawaii which starts the gang talking about the price of airline tickets which Adam says have remained pretty reasonable while the price for driving has shot through the roof!
Adam rants about people who try to save a little money by skimping on the stupidest things, such as trying to conserve real milk by mixing it with powered milk, now you have just ruined your milk you morons! What the hell is the the allure of powered milk?! We do not live in space people!
6:26 AM – HOW SAY YOU? CONTINUES
Johnny calls into the studio, he wants to get in shape and asks Adam for tips on skipping rope. Adam says “it is more fun than you think it would be!” Adam also says you get a little rhythm and coordination out of it and “people think you look cool!” Adam’s advice to become a jump rope champion is “don’t jump with both feet, you must alternate…use the balls of your feet and go back and forth.”
6:46 AM – “DO YOURSELF A FAVOR”
In a round of “Do Yourself a Favor”, Adam says, “remove the shower head from your shower and blow it out and remove all the crap in there.” Not crazy for that tip? How about this one, spray paint your wallet red so when you drop it you can god damn find it!
Bald Brian suggests buying “a whole bunch of blank greeting cards when at the market”, you never know when you’ll need one. Teresa says do yourself a favor and keep a couple of wrapped candles on hand, they’re the perfect gift in a pinch!
7:05 AM – TERESA SHARES A WEDDING TIP
Teresa says she has “a revolutionary tip that will change weddings forever!” Listen up brides and grooms to-be: register for genetic testing instead of flatware and china!

7:49 AM – TOM FARLEY IS IN THE STUDIO
Chris Farley’s older brother Tom is in the studio to talk about the new book he just wrote about his brother Chris. The Chris Farley Show: A Biography in Three Acts which is available for sale now.
Tom talks about his beloved brother Chris; “Chris was a middle child who was totally encouraged and supported when growing up”, they had a really happy childhood. Adam asks Tom to talk about the first inkling when he thought there may be a problem with Chris’s partying. Tom says he knew it was out of control “when he started to be brutal to be around!”
Tom sometimes wonders what would have happened if Chris had gone into their fathers concrete business, would he still be alive today? Tom says had he done that, he would probably be alive today yet totally miserable!

Actor, Christian Oliver is in the studio to talk about his new movie, Speed Racer which opens in theaters today. Watch the trailer here. The reviews are in, but who cares? See the movie anyway! Christian says Speed Racer was totally cool to shoot, the movie was shot completely on a green screen in Germany.
Christian has another movie coming out soon, Valkyrie which also stars Tom Cruise!!
8:50 AM – CAPTAIN SIG IS IN THE STUDIO
Captain of The Northwestern, Sig Hansen from the hit show The Deadliest Catch is in the studio.
Crab fishing is one of the most dangerous jobs in the world and probably the scariest job on the planet! Sig says so far they have had to save two camera men from possible death when they almost went overboard while shooting on the boat!
Adam is “so enamored by the King crabs.” Sig says they can get up to 20 pounds! Sig says he’s busy fishing 10 months out of the year, his sex life sucks but the fishing’s great! Sig says he uses his gut when deciding where to put the traps. Adam is absolutely fascinated, he asks Sig if the crabs can be mean? “They sure can be!” Sig says.
