6:01 AM – HOW SAY YOU?

Adam talks about the days when he taught boxing and how he “really cared” that his students were “spending their time productively” instead of standing around “stupidly hitting the punching bag.” This gets the gang talking about workout classes and the students who either love for their instructor to be late versus the uptight losers who always get upset and are bummed they’ve missed valuable time from their workout session.

T. says she went to a yoga class over the weekend and her instructor was fiften minutes late and she was one of those losers who was upset, those fifteen minutes that she spent daydreaming on her mat don’t help her thighs get any thinner for crying out loud!

6:17 AM – HOW SAY YOU? CONTINUES

Byron calls in to comment on musician Ben Folds, apparently Adam said on the air how much he loved this band so Byron checked out his music and loves it too! Adam says Ben Folds “is better than any f’ing stuff you’ll hear on the radio”. Adam plays his favorite song Selfless Cold and Composed and rocks out in the studio.

Heath calls in in need of advice, he’s an actor however cannot land a job, should he resort to stand-in work? Adam says there are a whole bunch of people who want to act and “you’re spinning a giant wheel dude.” Adam suggests to Heath that he “take your strength and do something with it.” T. says, “going from audition to audition is so damn depressing”. Adam also suggests Heath, “create your own vehicle and play to your strengths”.

8:06 AM – GEORGE HAMILTON IS IN THE STUDIO

Actor George Hamilton is in the studio. George says he was a little afraid to do this show because “Adam is so damn bright”, he also says he was “warned he better get his thoughts in fast before Adam starts talking over him.” George says he likes Adam because he “doesn’t take the Howard Stern approach” and attack his guests, George says he doesn’t like Howard’s “potty humor.”

George talks about the good old days when he would drink tons of hot toddies and was able to get his drink on and not be considered an alcoholic, those were the days!

8:20 AM – GEORGE CONTINUES TO HANG OUT

George continues to hang out and takes a walk down memory lane with the gang. George tells the story about the time he would drink with Robert Mitchum into the wee hours of the morning, and then Mitchum would go directly to work and not miss a beat.

George relays the time when he was over at Judy Garland’s house, drank all night with her and had a great time. George says he ended up spending the night at her house and was woken up early in the morning by her butler telling him he had to leave because Judy tried to kill herself after their night of fun. George says she was laughing all night, “it was so weird”, he had no clue she was depressed!

George says he comes from a culture and a time “when it was cool to drink” and relays how Hollywood in the olden days worked. Actors were told what to wear and who to date, “managers controlled every aspect of their lives.”

George tells the story about having an affair with his step-mother when he was only twelve years old, WTF? I’m serious people and then years later after she divorced his father they hooked up again! George says “I was really horny from a very young age” and says he knew he was straight early on and that his goal in life was to “take a peak at the pink part.”
